The antique markets
Cortonantiquaria : antiques exhibition held in the beautiful palazzo Vagnotti in Cortona every year between August and September with exhibiters coming from everywhere in Italy, presenting selected and certified antiques items. Wine tastings and other events are connected to the Fair.
Arezzo Antique fair (1° Sat and Sun of the month): the biggest
and oldest in Italy, held in the historical centre of the town, this is a "must see" for antiques lovers but also for curious travellers. In fact, beside the most precious antique objects, you can find modern antiques, vintage memorabilia and artistic handicrafts. Arezzo is easily and quickly reachable by train, from Terontola train station.
